Welding connections utilize a hot-melt process, where the ends of the pipes are beveled

Valves and pipe fittings (elbows, tees, connectors, flanges, etc.) essentially serve as connection components and flow controllers for piping systems. They are found wherever there is water, gas, or heating; many are concealed within walls or beneath cabinets, remaining out of sight during daily use.

TIG welding is the most widely used process for stainless steel pipe fittings. It employs a non-consumable tungsten electrode to generate the arc, with inert argon gas shielding the weld pool from oxidation. Filler wire is added manually as required.
