A: We offer 201 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel, and 316 stainless steel to meet different anti‑corrosion, weather‑resistance, and media requirements.

A: There is no fixed universal MOQ; the order minimum depends on the valve size and product specification. Regular common sizes support bulk orders, while special sizes and nonstandard products can be negotiated on a casebycase basis. We are flexible to accommodate both small overseas orders and large engineering projects.

Q: Can you provide samples? How are sample fees and shipping costs handled?

A: Yes, we support sending valve samples for customer inspection, testing, and project validation. Sample fees and international courier shipping costs are borne by the buyer. After we confirm the sample specifications, we will promptly calculate the costs and arrange shipment.

Q: What are your packaging options?

A: Our standard export packaging includes two options: wooden crates/cases and pallet packing. Each valve is first given antirust protection and individually wrapped, then packed into cases. For large quantities, you may choose solid wooden crates for stronger protection, or palletizing for convenient port handling and container loading. We can also print customerspecified shipping marks on the packages. Both options are designed to meet longseafreight requirements and reduce the risk of damage and corrosion during transit. You can select the packaging method that best suits your needs.

Q: Do you support quality testing and offer a warranty?

A: All finished products undergo strict pressure testing, seal testing, and visual inspection before leaving the factory. We maintain full quality control throughout production to ensure that every product meets our quality standards.

Q: What is the typical lead time?

A: For regular bulk orders of standard specification valves, the lead time is generally 1-2 months. The exact delivery time may vary depending on the order quantity, material, grade, and production schedule. For urgent orders or non-standard custom products, please discuss with us in advance so that we can prioritize production and try our best to meet your project deadline.

Q: What does your quotation include?

A: Our regular quotations are provided on an EXW (Ex Works) or FOB (port of loading) basis, with transparent pricing and no hidden charges.
● EXW covers only the valve body, standard accessories, and factory inspection costs; the buyer is responsible for customs clearance, shipping, logistics, and related procedures.
● FOB includes product cost, domestic logistics, and customs clearance fees at the designated Chinese port; we handle delivery to that port, while the buyer bears ocean freight and destinationport clearance costs.
All prices are calculated based on valve size, material, pressure rating, and order quantity. We can provide detailed itemized quotations as per your requirements.

Q: Do you support non-standard/custom valve production?

A: Yes, our factory has mature capabilities for nonstandard customization. We can produce custom valves according to customer-provided drawings, dimensions, special working conditions, and media requirements. We also support personalized services such as logo branding (OEM/private label) and specification modifications.

Q: What is your after-sales support and warranty policy?

A: We have a comprehensive after-sales service system for export orders, offering a standard warranty compliant with international trade practices. Under proper installation and normal use, our products are covered by a routine warranty period. During the warranty period, if any non-human-induced quality issues occur—such as sealing leakage or process-related failures—we provide technical consultation, fault diagnosis, replacement parts, and repair guidance.
